Your credits never expire — and never get wasted

Pay once and your balance stays until you actually use it. No weekly clock, no monthly fee. If the government portal is slow or down, nothing is lost — you simply lock those gatas later, at no extra cost. You never pay for time the portal didn’t work. And you can start with as little as ₹100.

Pay per gata, not per month

Each successfully locked gata uses exactly 1 credit, so your balance is simply how many more gatas you can lock — "Balance: 500" means 500 gatas. The rate is shown in the app on the Home screen and in your top-up confirmation. You only spend when a lock succeeds; opening the app, browsing villages, looking at gata lists — all free. Lock the same gata twice (e.g. from two phones) and you are charged only once.

Recharge packs

Start from just ₹100. Bigger packs cost less per gata, and every credit stays in your balance until you use it. 1 credit = 1 gata, so credits are simply how many gatas you can lock.

Pay Credits / gatas Per gata
₹100 500 ₹0.20
₹300 1,500 ₹0.20
₹500 3,000 ₹0.17
₹750 5,000 · Most popular ₹0.15
₹1,000 7,000 · Best value ₹0.14

Free gatas to start

Every new account gets 10 free gatas on first sign-in — enough to try the full lock-and-sync flow before you pay anything.

Topping up via UPI

  1. Tap "Top up" in the app. The screen shows the recharge packs and the operator's UPI address.
  2. Send the pack amount (or any amount) from your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.) to that address.
  3. The operator receives the payment and sends a coupon code back to you on WhatsApp.
  4. Paste the coupon into the app. Credits are added to your balance immediately.

Credits across your devices

Your balance is tied to your Google account — so the same wallet works on your office laptop, your field phone, and any backup phone you sign in on. Locking a gata from one device deducts from the shared balance; the others see the new total when they next refresh.

Refunds

Unredeemed coupons can be voided by the operator if you reach out (e.g. wrong amount issued). Already-redeemed credits are non-refundable in the normal flow, but case-by-case refunds for genuine issues (app bug, wrong charge) are handled by contacting the operator email listed in the Privacy policy.
